HOW WE DO IT

DEDICATED AND LOVING TEAM

We have a small dedicated staff team, many who have been at the home for over 10 years because they love the residents.

“Having worked at Crawfords for over 8 years, it has created a home from home for me” Charlotte Robinson, Senior Carer.

“I feel like a member of the Crawford family” Catherine Dummer, Senior Carer- 7 years.

Residents are supported to do lots of things such as going to College or out for lunch, shopping, or making full use of local amenities. Staff understand each resident that is so key to working, being, living and achieving together.

If you have behaviour which may be viewed as challenging, then staff will support you to manage your behaviour by putting strategies in place for you to minimise and manage things which cause you or others distress.

Staff can help you to learn new skills and will support you to maintain and build on the skills you have already.

All Staff are trained in
